After a series of chief defeats for the Iranian government machinery of export of terrorism, fundamentalism and warmongering, especially in Iraq,Yemen and Syria, the Iranian regime  is now seeking to make citizenship to non-Iranian terrorists.
The Iranian Parliamentary Investigation Center has in recent days placed on its agenda a “plan correction Article 190 of the Constitution to facilitate exportation citizenship to fighters, dedicated individuals and non-Iranian compend”. This plan has been on the agenda of Foreign Policy Committee and the National Security of the Iranian parliament since March. According to the text, “the Nationality Law Based on Blood” will be changed and terrorists and murderers fighting for the religion fundamentalism ruling Iran, the Quds Force and the mullahs’ Ministry of Intelligence will be provided Iranian citizenship.
This plan provides an opportunity for the terrorists to return to their countries if assumed necessary to carry out terrorist attacks.

Reviewing the admission forms for the terrorists, who have been referred to in this plan as ‘fighters’, is a necessary step for the Revolutionary Guards. Based on the plan this confirmation is necessary because it needs to be clarified if the applicant “will carry out measures in pursuit of the Islamic Republic’s objectives (terrorism and exporting fundamentalism) and will act based on the Revolutionary Guards’ orders…”
