the Obama Administration’s nuclear agreement with the Iranian government.
U.S. Rep. Ed Royce, Chairman of the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee, introduced H.J.Res. on 04 August that would prevent the execution of the Obama Administration’s nuclear agreement with the Iranian government.
The legislation was introduced consistent with the Iran Nuclear Deal Review, passed and signed into law in May.

Mr. Royce said: “I hope the Obama Administration had negotiated a certifiable, enforceable, and responsible agreement. While a huge amount of effort was put into these agreements, the result descents well short of this standard. That’s the only inference I can come to after dozens of meetings with independent experts who have expressed extreme suspicions about this negotiation, especially the remove of the arms embargo on Iran’s ICBM program. The deal gives Iran permanent sanctions relief, but in exchange only temporarily harnesses Iran’s nuclear program."
