MEPs visited from Iran but they barred from speaking to foreign media

Some members of European Parliament visiting Iran were prohibited Sunday to meet the foreign media and an official of the security services threatened correspondent of reprisals if they were filming or taking pictures of the incident.
The security forces prevented Mr Brok to talk to the foreign media, first inside the hotel and on the sidewalk.
Foreign journalists were earlier told that there was no permission for a news conference. The activities of the foreign press, including Western, are nearly supervised and subject to multiple licenses.
